A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 1, 2017.

1. A crime committed on January 13, 201;

A. When the Defendant, as a bad credit bad, was unable to throw a siren product under his name, the Defendant used his resident registration number of the victim C (Y, 38 years of age) who was aware of the fact that he was in the middle of a private document with a sirenr and a air cleaner.

On January 13, 2011, the Defendant drafted a siren lease agreement for ice water purifiers and air cleaners at the Defendant’s house located in D 203, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, and notified the business employees E of the resident registration number C (F) and entered each “G” in the contractor’s column, and signed the said G in the name next to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant respectively set forth two chapters of the rental agreement in the name of G, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the time, and place of the preceding paragraph, delivered two copies of the forged rental agreement to the above E, who was aware of the forgery, as if it were the document duly formed.

The Defendant, at the time, at the time and place of the preceding paragraph, did not have the intent or ability to pay rent every month, even if the Defendant was in a bad credit bad condition and there was no certain import, and did not have an intent or ability to pay rent every month. As above, the Defendant received each of the aforementioned two copies of the false G-name rental agreement by submitting to E-Defendant, who did not know of the forgery, a copy of the forged G-type rental agreement, which is equivalent to KRW 1,052,160, 692,440, and one of the clean air cleaners equivalent to KRW 1,052,160, respectively.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.

2. A crime committed on April 23, 201;

A. On April 201, the Defendant of a private document forgery is employed as a business employee of around 1, 201, and the Defendant was aware of it (inn, 38 years of age).
