【Criminal Power】 The Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on October 11, 1973; 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same court on May 1, 1974; on March 19, 1975, one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on July 12, 1977; on September 11, 1979, two years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on August 20, 1982; on March 8, 1990, by the Seoul Central District Court on March 1, 196, the Defendant was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny; and on March 5, 1993, by the Seoul Central District Court on March 16, 200, the Seoul Central District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of thieth (Seoul District Court on March 26, 1993).
【Criminal Facts】
1.
