【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 02:00 on July 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the door “D” located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) stolen 70 km pipes of the victim E-owned market value equivalent to KRW 600,000, which was kept in custody.
2. On July 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the Victim H-owned market price that was set up and set up in the street “G” located in Suwon-si F around the new wall; and (b) led to a theft of the Defendant, leading one another, where the market price of the Victim H-owned in front of “G” located in Suwon-si F.
3. On July 22, 2014, at around 03:18, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance door locks using the hack net installed in Suwon-si I; and (b) destroyed the door locks; and (c) destroyed the door door locks at the inside and outside of the cover; and (d) stolen 200 km electric wires of an amount equivalent to KRW 500,000, the market price of the victim K owned by the Defendant, which was kept in custody at the inside of the cover.
4. The Defendant: (a) around July 2014, at a new place where “M” located in Suwon-si L was kept in a new place around the lower end of July 2014; and (b) six (35), the market price of the victim N, which was kept in custody, was 135,000 won.
