A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. On October 26, 2010, at around 13:30 on October 26, 2010, the Defendant discovered an E-verification observer car in the market price equivalent to KRW 3,000,000, which was owned by the victim D, and was set up in front of the Madong-gu Si, Si, Manam-si, Si, Si, Manam-si, and stolen it.

B. At around 09:50 on May 4, 201, the Defendant discovered and driven a passenger car with a high-level color of KRW 20,000,00, which was owned by the victim F, and was set up in front of the Sungnam post office located in Sungnam-dong 2482, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, 2482.

C. At around 13:20 on May 5, 201, the Defendant: (a) discovered and driven an Ibe-cracked car equivalent to KRW 29,000,000, which is owned by Gyeongwon, Inc., Ltd., the victim Gyeongwon-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Gyeongnam-gu, where the vehicle keys was parked in front of H; and (b) found and driven it.
