Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 1974, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 10 months for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court, 10 months for imprisonment for larceny at the Busan District Court on February 25, 1985, 3 years for a suspended sentence of 1 year for special larceny at the Cheongju District Court on May 4, 1993, and 10 months for a suspended sentence of 10 months for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on October 20, 199.
