A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

On September 17, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution for violating the Juvenile Protection Act at the Jeonju District Court on September 17, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on
On January 2010, while the Defendant was working in the PC room, the Defendant received and kept his resident registration certificate from C which was unable to pay the game expenses, and used it to use it to enter the mobile phone and Internet service in C’s name.
1. On January 19, 2010, the Defendant sent a copy of the C’s resident registration certificate by facsimile when he/she applied for the opening of the mobile phone under the name of C as if he/she was duly authorized by C to do so to an employee under the name of C using the Internet, who works for the “D agency”, using the Internet, and had the said employee under the name of C use the mobile phone subscription procedure by signing the “C”, “C”, “frecition-free letter29”, “frection-protection”, “C” in the supplementary service column,” and “C” in the customer column.
However, in fact, the above C did not delegate to the defendant the right to apply for the victim (state) KSK Telecom with the right to apply for the mobile phone service in C.
The Defendant was provided with approximately KRW 1,030,820 in total from the Victim (State) KK Telecom to August 201.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and forged one copy of a separate service contract in the name of C, and subsequently used the other person's resident registration certificate in an unlawful manner, and acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.
2. The Defendant, on January 19, 2010, served as an employee of the U.S. agent who had not carried his name via the Internet, as described in paragraph 1.
