A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2010, the Defendant sentenced 4 months to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging private documents in this court, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 16, 2010.

The defendant offered that he may lend his name to C for the apartment sale contract, and received a copy of his resident registration certificate, a certificate of personal seal impression, and a resident registration certificate from C.

The Defendant, using the D’s resident registration certificate that was received from D due to the transfer of the foregoing documents and children, was able to open the cell phone in the name of C by driving as if the Defendant was the wife D.

1. He/she shall not unlawfully use another person's resident registration certificate or resident registration number in violation of the Resident Registration Act;

Nevertheless, around July 5, 2012, the Defendant drafted an application for the mobile phone opening in the name-free agency in the Felecommunication Agency in the name-based E-building 105, and used the other party's resident registration certificate unlawfully by presenting D's resident registration certificate to the above agency employee.

2. In order to open a mobile phone in the name of C, the Defendant forged one copy of the application for joining the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, with the intention to use the package as seen in the application form for joining each “C” and “G” on the buyer’s column and the subscriber’s column.

3. The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1), and at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (2), exercised the application for a forged membership as if it were a document duly formed with the above agency employee who was unaware of the forgery.
