A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant came to know of C (52) while serving as a multilateral employee in around 2014, and returned from around September 2015, the Defendant went to death on the premise of C and marriage. However, from around the end of December 2015, the Defendant left C and went to D other than the indictment.

1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On May 4, 2016, the Defendant, with respect to the three mobile phones of his mobile phone, had the aforementioned D, who operates a mobile phone sales store using the above resident registration certificate, open the said C’s mobile phone by advertising the possession of the said C’s resident registration certificate, and let the said D, who operates the mobile phone sales store prepare a mobile phone application instead of the said resident registration certificate.

Accordingly, the Defendant, at around May 4, 2016, at the Daegu E Communications Sales Store, without the consent of the said C with respect to opening three mobile phones in the above name C, sent the above C resident registration certificate to the said D using Kwikset Service without authority for the purpose of exercising, and made the said D enter the application form by submitting the application form to the said C in the customer name column of Chapter Three (Serial No. F, G, and H) of the application form for the mobile phone deposit in the “C”, “C”, “C” in the bank/Account number column, and “C” in the subscriber column, and having the said C sign the above C’s name next to the name, and forged the application form in the above C’s mobile phone name, which is a private document related to rights and duties, and submitted the application form to each employee who is aware of the fact from the above mobile phone sales store as if he were aware of the fact.

B. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant related to mountain and loan (State) loans is a public service center for the Seongbuk-gun Police Station located in the Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-do around June 1, 2016, and the fact that the Defendant received a loan under the above C’s name is without the consent of the above C.
