1. Defendant A

A. At around 03:00 on May 01, 201, the Defendant driven an EYF strawing car under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license at approximately 1km section from the 1km section to the road front of the 1310 GS2-dong 1310 GS2-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, the Ministry of Labor, at around 03:00, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.207%.

On May 9, 2015, the Defendant stated that, at around 03:00 on May 1, 2015, Defendant B driven the said YFI car at the transportation survey office of the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and the North Korean Police Station, the Defendant was asked about who driven the said YFI car from the guard traffic of the YI and the slope G belonging to the YI and was driven by the Defendant according to the above A’s teacher.

As a result, the defendant, who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, had the above A escape.
