Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On December 16, 2014, at around 06:45, the Defendant driven a G-free vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 600 meters from the front of the F in Western-gu, Western-gu, Western-si to the vicinity of the said construction site.
B. On December 16, 2014, the Defendant received the front portion of H’s I bus parked on the front of the construction site while driving the said Gunst Vehicle around 06:45 around December 16, 2014.

On December 24, 2015, Defendant C accepted the request. Before December 15:53 of the same year, it is necessary to guard, transport and transport survey teams.
