Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Criminal facts
1. Defendant B
A. At around 23:00 on April 8, 2014, the Defendant purchased stolen goods at KRW 320,000, in front of the “EPC bank” located in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul. Around 23:00, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 320,000, knowing that F is a stolen goods with knowledge of galloncece, gallonce, S3, gallonce, gallonce, gallonce, galloncece, and galloncece, galloncece, gallonce. (2) around April 24, 2014, the Defendant acquired stolen goods at KRW 150,00,00, even with knowledge that F is a stolen goods.
3) On April 27, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing 120,000 won in front of the gallony road located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, with knowledge that F is a stolen goods, even though F is aware of the fact that F is a stolen goods. (4) On July 3, 2014, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing gallony 3 smartphones in front of the gallony school located in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Incheon, with knowledge that F is a stolen goods.
5) On July 4, 2014, around 13:40, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after purchasing 30,000 won in front of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2014, despite being aware of the fact that galglue S4 smartphone was a stolen goods. 6) around 00:30 on July 10, 2014, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after purchasing 70,000 won in front of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
7) On July 10, 2014, around 21:05, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after purchasing KRW 100,000,00, despite being aware of the fact that he/she was a stolen goods in front of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-dong, Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and Sung-dong S5 Smartphones purchased by I. B. 1 of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on July 18, 2014.
