1. The Defendant’s KRW 53,515,415 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from September 10, 2015 to July 11, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 9, 2010, the Plaintiff engaged in the manufacturing business of metal structures, etc. under the trade name of “C” entered into a contract with the Defendant who is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling food products (hereinafter “first facility”) to manufacture and supply four parts, etc. of an automatic gas supply machine (hereinafter “first facility”) in price of KRW 83,00,000 (excluding value-added tax) and has been engaged in transactions by not later than 2016.

B. On June 8, 2010, the Plaintiff supplied one unit of an automatic gas supply machine (hereinafter “second facility”) to the Defendant with a price of KRW 20,000,000 (excluding value-added tax). The Defendant paid KRW 100,000,000 in total as between March 9, 2010 and January 3, 201, as indicated in the attached deposit Nos. 1-7, 9-11.

C. On October 22, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a contract for manufacturing, supplying and installing manufacturing, and installing, the content of the Defendant’s factory by manufacturing seven auxiliary equipment, etc. (hereinafter “third equipment”) (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant.

The main contents of the instant contract are as follows.
