1. The document prepared on October 7, 2014 by the said court with respect to the case of the voluntary auction of real estate E in the Gwangju District Court wooden Branch E.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 19, 2009, the Industrial Bank of Korea obtained on March 19, 2009 registration of the establishment of a neighboring maximum debt amount of KRW 180,000,00 with respect to the land and the second floor of the said land owned by the directors of the said company, Jeonnam-gun, Seoul-gun, a director of the said company, and the land and the second floor of the said land (hereinafter “instant land and the building”).

B. However, as FF Trade delayed the performance of the above loan obligations, the Industrial Bank of Korea filed an application for an auction on the instant land and buildings, and subsequently, voluntarily auction E with the Gwangju District Court (hereinafter “instant auction”) was commenced on January 13, 201. On October 7, 2014, the said court recognized the Defendants who reported their rights as a small lessee of the Industrial Bank of Korea as the first priority and the Plaintiff, the assignee of the Industrial Bank of Korea, as the third priority, as follows.

C. The terms of the lease agreement reported by the Defendants during the instant auction procedure are as follows.

(Defendant) No lessee (Defendant) shall be registered with the business operator from October 28, 201 to October 28, 201, the fixed date of the contract date of October 28, 201, the deposit/monthly transfer date of which is KRW A: (a) 20 million; and (b) on September 28, 2010 to November 3, 2010 on September 29, 2010: (c) no person shall be registered with the business operator from October 3 to 10, 208 on November 24, 2010 to October 18, 2010 on November 21, 2010 to October 21, 2010; (d) no person shall be registered with the business operator from October 20 to 10, 2010 on October 15, 2010 to 10; and (e) no person shall be registered with the business operator on August 21, 2010.

The Plaintiff is present on the date of distribution of the instant auction procedure.
