Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 16, 2015, from around 02:30 on the same day to around 03:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) had been prepared in advance to “K” restaurant operated by the victim J in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu; (b) had opened the above restaurant entrance locks by destroying them; (c) invaded into the restaurant; and (d) had 70,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession in the main region of the restaurant; and (d) had 3,000 won in call, which is the market price of the victim in the air condition, owned by the air conditioners, and stolen the property of the sum of KRW 9,300 in total, the market price of the victims owned by each five times in the same way as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1) between around that day and October 1, 2015.
2. From around 02:30 on September 13, 2015 to around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) went into a restaurant by the window opened in front of “M restaurant” operated by the victim F in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu; (b) went into the restaurant; and (c) was 30,000 won in cash, which is the victim owned by the victim in the seat of the Kapite; and (d) 3,000 won in the market price, which is the victim in the air conditioners; and (d) one, one, one, and one, one, two, and one, two, and one, two, from around that day, to October 7, 2015, the Defendant stolen the entire market price of 2,890,000 won, which is the victim’s own in the air condition, by the same method as the attached Form List (2).
3. On September 6, 2015, at around 09:30 on September 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off cash of KRW 900,000, which is the victim’s possession in the “PP PP Pception bank” operated by the victim’s O located under the Seongbuk-gu Seoul N; (b) and (c) stolen the victim’s cash of KRW 90,00,00, which is the victim’s possession from around that time to October 14, 2015, both by the same method, including the entry in the list of crimes (3) in the attached Form, and by the same method, stolen property worth KRW 1,10
