A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court, for one year and six months, and for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul East District Court on November 26, 2008, respectively, and on June 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence on January 13, 2017.

1. On May 16, 2017, at around 14:49, the Defendant was the victim D’s detached house in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, destroyed the glass of the 1st floor entrance, opened a correction device, and intrudes into the house, and colors the property, such as moving back the west gate, etc. at the place where the correction device was installed, but the Defendant did not commit any theft and attempted.

2. Around 17:53 on May 16, 2017, the Defendant intruded the victim F’s detached house in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, with the two-story window above its house and the two-story window. On the other hand, on the one hand, the Defendant: (a) 4 net gold market value equivalent to the 3,020,000 won at the market price owned by the victim in the Westwest at the same place (16,000), 1 (10,000,000 won at the market price), 210,000 won at the market price, and 1 (1,00,000,000 US dollars at the same time; (b) 7,00,00,000,000 US dollars at 1,60,000,000 US dollars at the market price; and (c) 1,000,000 US dollars at 10,000.

3. On May 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim H’s detached house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around May 19, 2017, and intrudes into the house; (b) the Defendant: (c) 16 million won in cash owned by the victim at the inside of the house; (d) one pented with the net amount of KRW 610,000 in the market price; and (e) two pent filled with the total amount of KRW 298,00 in the market price; and (e) 18 kms in the total amount of KRW 103,90 in the market price; and (e) one and one son with the total of KRW 535,800 in the market price.
