A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Criminal facts

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On March 4, 2018, the Defendant, at around 02:00, at around 00, at around 00:03:03:0, and at the “E restaurant” of the victim D’s operation operated by Busan Y C, the Defendant: (a) invaded into the restaurant through open windows; and (b) stolen, with the goods equivalent to KRW 74,00,000, totaling to KRW 74,000,000 per share of beverages amounting to KRW 21,00,000 owned by the victim.

B. On March 16, 2018, at around 02:00, the Defendant went into a restaurant E restaurant as described in the above paragraph (a) of Article 1, and then went into a restaurant through open windows, and then stolen goods worth KRW 53,000,000, equivalent to the total amount of KRW 23,000,000, which is the victim’s possession, of beverages amounting to KRW 23,00,00.

On March 20, 2018, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a restaurant through an open back door to the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Busan Y; (b) subsequently, the Defendant stolen and stolen the goods worth KRW 183,000 in total, including the amount of KRW 7 C, KRW 5,000, KRW 150,000, KRW 28,000, KRW 150, and KRW 150,00.

2. 3. On January 19, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime to a restaurant “N” operated by the victim M in Busan Island between 00:00 and 03:00.
