A is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 1-2, 3-3, 6, and 8 crimes Nos. 1-2, 3-3, 6, and 8 of [Attachment 2015 [Attachment 664].
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, on June 12, 2014, sentenced one year to a suspended sentence of six months for fraud by the Chuncheon District Court, was finalized on the 20th of the same month. From around 1987, Defendant A registered as a business operator under his N and then sold agricultural materials and installed a vinyl house under the trade name of “O”, Defendant A, a person who operates a tomb in the name of “P Co., Ltd.” from the Hongcheon-gun P of Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, and the remaining related persons are farmers.
1. 8. Until December 25, 200, a total of KRW 171,395,200 paid to the above N’s account was submitted with a written confirmation on deposits without passbook.
