Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1.A person who has obtained permission on possession of guns, such as guns, swords, Explosives, etc. shall not use guns unless the permitted use or other justifiable reasons exist.

Nevertheless, at around 09:30 on December 21, 2014, the Defendant illegally captured the girls by using air guns (No. 5.0, b) owned by the Defendant, who was permitted to possess by the head of the Donsan Police Station, in a dry field located in the Yasan-si, Yasan-si, Yasan-si, without justifiable grounds.

2. No one shall capture any captured oil, birds, sheep, spawn, or spawn prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment, among wild animals which do not fall under endangered wildlife;

Nevertheless, the Defendant captured one math of wild animals by capturing firearms owned by the Defendant at the same time and place as the above paragraph (1).
