Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 29, 2013, the Defendant violated the Wildlife Protection and Management Act, using a gun (air gun, glarg2-707L, total number S08-782537) in the vicinity of the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Gyeongyang-do, which is not a hunting ground, hunted 2 ostrimath.

2. On November 2, 2012, the Defendant violated the Control of Firearms, Knives, Swords, Explosives, etc. Act was a person who was permitted to possess the said gun by the chief of the Jincheon Police Station on the said gun on December 29, 2013 and used the said gun in order to capture 15 2 matrile in the vicinity of the said reservoir without justifiable grounds.
