Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has obtained permission to possess two hunting guns, namely, “Hunting ground” in the Sinwon-si Police Station located in the Sinwon-si, Chungcheongnamnam Budget Group, “Hunting ground: Purpose: Hunting,” and “the period of cancellation: from November 23, 2012 to March 31, 2013.”

피고인은 2013. 1. 15. 11:00경 수렵장이 아닌 화성시 D에 있는 냇가에서 위 '총번 : C'인 엽총을 사용하여 멸종위기 야생생물 Ⅱ급인 큰기러기 4마리를 포획하였다.
