Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment at the Busan District Court for fraud. On August 24, 2012, the judgment became final and conclusive on August 24, 2012. On May 1, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two-year imprisonment at the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch branch for fraud. The judgment became final and conclusive on May 9, 2013.

1. Each crime committed on May 18, 2009;

A. On May 18, 2009, the Defendant forged a private document with a view to exercising the right to borrow money in the name of C at the house of C located in Busan Shipping Daegu, but with a view to exercising the right to borrow money under the name of C: D and debtor resident registration number: D and debtor resident registration number: three million won (3,00,000), the first loan amount: the date of loan contract: May 18, 2009; May 18, 2009; the loan interest rate: 48% per annum; the overdue interest rate: 49% per annum; and the private document in the name of C signed as “C” in the signature column.

B. immediately after the event of the above investigation document, the Defendant submitted a forged loan transaction agreement to the staff-in-law in charge who is not aware of the fact at the Ldco F point in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and exercised it as if the contract was duly completed.

C. The Defendant, as above, received three million won from the victim Lico Co., Ltd. to whom the loan contract forged as above, and acquired the loan by fraud.

2. Each crime committed on June 25, 2009;

A. On June 25, 2009, the Defendant forged private documents with a view to exercising the right to borrow money in the name of the Defendant’s house located in Busan metropolitan Daegu G, and with a view to exercising the right to obtain a loan under the name of C: June 25, 2009; the date of the contract: November 24, 201; the date of completion of the contract; the first amount of the loan:0 million won; the interest rate of loan: 48.1% per annum; the interest rate of arrears: 48.1% per annum; and the interest rate of arrears: 48.1% per annum; and the right and duty of the Defendant signed “C” in the signature column.
