A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant kept pro- C’s identification cards, seals, etc., and misrepresented C with the fact that C operates a “D” company, a representative of C’s name, and received a loan from the lending company to use it as funds for company operation, personal living expenses, etc.

Around April 12, 2013, the Defendant assumes the name of C in the D office located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and entered “C” in the debtor column of the loan transaction contract of the victim FF company, signed “C” in the debtor’s signature column, and prepared one copy of the above contract in the name of C, and sent the above contract by facsimile to an employee who is unaware of such fact, and received a loan from the victim 5,000,000 won from the victim thereafter.

9. From November 1, 200 to December 12, 200, a total of KRW 75,000 was loaned from 12 victims lending companies by the same method as in the list of crimes in the annexed sheet.

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, forged 12 copies of the loan transaction contract under the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised the said contract as if it were duly formed, and acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victims.

The Defendant is the actual representative of D or H Co., Ltd. located in Ulsan-gu G in Ulsan-gu, and the actual representative of the H Co., Ltd. who operates the automobile parts manufacturing business.

The defendant shall work from June 15, 2014 to September 30, 2014.

The retired worker I did not pay the wages of 1,205,185 won in August 2014, and the wages of 751,970 won in September of the same year within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
