A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 이 부형제( 異父兄弟) 인 B 의 인적 사항 등을 알고 있음을 기화로 B 명의로 대부업체 등에서 돈을 빌려 사업자금, 생활비 등에 사용하거나 부채 등을 상환하기로 마음먹었다.

1. Crimes from November 19, 201 to November 21, 201;

A. On November 19, 201, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) stated “B” in the form for a loan transaction contract for a loan transaction contract for a well-known-dong, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, using a pent-type pen in front of the loan transaction contract; (b) signed the loan amount in the name of the debtor; (c) stated “B” on the loan amount column; (d) stated on the loan amount column “0 million won”; (e) January 25, 2019; (e) stated on the loan interest rate column “39.00% per year”; (e) stated on the overdue interest rate column “39.00% per year”; and (e) signed on the name of the debtor; and (e) forged one copy of “B” in the name of the private document, a private document, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations by signing thereon.

B. On November 21, 2011, the Defendant sent a copy of the forged loan transaction agreement to the employee in charge of the lending company, a wellcom, who is aware of forgery at the agricultural post office located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and exercised the foregoing investigation document by mail as if it was duly formed.

2. The crime committed on June 18, 2015;

A. On June 18, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents stated “B” as “B” in the form of a loan transaction agreement, a loan transaction agreement, located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, using a pen, and signing it on the debtor’s name.
