A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 26, 2015, around 22:00 on June 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the FObane owned by the victim E, parked on the street in front of the DNA located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) removed the number plate attached to the above Obaba, and used it after attaching it to the Defendant’s Obaba.

In other words, the Defendant accessed the above Oral Ba, which was attached to the above victim's Otoba, and laid the V which sets the license plate by hand, and removed the number plate owned by the victim at hand at the market price fixed on Oral Baba, which was fixed on Oral Ba.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

2. No one shall forge, alter or unlawfully use a two-wheeled automobile number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act, or a two-wheeled automobile number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act;

As stated in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) attached the F Two-wheeled Automobile Registration Number Plate, which stolen as indicated in paragraph (1), to the Defendant’s ownership; and (b) had the Defendant drive it without obtaining a driver’s license.

On June 29, 2015, around 15:30 on June 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) attached the number plate to the Defendant’s 800cc Mar. 1, 201, which was stolen before the Yongsan-gu Office located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and driven a road with a distance of 15 meters from that place to that of 15 meters.

Accordingly, the Defendant illegally used and used the registration number plate of a two-wheeled automobile that was stolen for the purpose of exercising the right, and used it, and driving the automobile on the part of the Defendant without a driver’s
