A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a street merchant.

1. A thief, on May 1, 2018, the Defendant was driving an Obane around 13:00 and was in front of the 'C main point' located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B’. The Defendant: (a) found one of Samsung 5 mobilephones at the time of Samsung Ggal ju, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 570,00,000, when the victim D worked on the rooftop of the building at the new construction site at the new construction site; and (b) discovered one of Samsung ju, which is 5,00,00

2. On May 4, 2018, around 19:00, the Defendant illegally used air, or illegally used air defense event: (a) operated the instant NXC Error, which was attached to the license plate of two-wheeled vehicle attached to the “E” ice ice, the Defendant owned by the Defendant, by removing the license plate of two-wheeled vehicle attached to the “E” ice ice, and attaching it to the NXC gate during the use from the inside F; and (b) from around that time to May 14, 2018, the Defendant used the two-wheeled vehicle number plate in the middle-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul, with the license plate of the two-wheeled vehicle number plate attached to the “E” ice ice ice.

Accordingly, the defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised it.

3. No one shall remove a two-wheeled motor vehicle number plate affixed by the Mayor/Do Governor who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act after sealing it in accordance with Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts, and no one shall unlawfully use a two-wheeled motor vehicle number plate, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant removed “E” two-wheeled vehicle license plate attached to a car ice ice, such as the date and timelight as described in the preceding paragraph, at the same place, and used it unlawfully by attaching it to the NXC OF.
