A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 4. On October 23, 2013, the Defendant thefted the victim K with two punishments equivalent to 58,000 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession, around 10:23, 201, in front of the victim K’s clothes operated by the victim K in Gumi-si L.
5. On October 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim N from the victim N on October 10, 2013, with three electronic siren covers equivalent to KRW 24,00 in the market price, which is the victim’s possession, displayed before the victim N located in Guro-si P; and (b) with two kimchi air conditioners equivalent to KRW 30,00 in the market price, which is equivalent to KRW 30,00 in the market price.
