Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 8, 2014, around 18:00 on April 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was placed in the 5th floor of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the fifth floor of the C building of Changwon-si, and was going to a film theater on the seventh floor with escalators; (b) had displayed a high-priced gender and cosmetics inside and outside the above mix; and (c) had the intent to steal them.

2. Larceny;
A. On April 8, 2014, around 12:40 on April 8, 2014, the Defendant thought that at the “G” clothes store located in the Changwon Masan City, the victim H displayed to sell to customers and stolen clothes.

B. On April 10, 2014, around 12:40 on April 10, 2014, the Defendant thought that at the “G” clothes store located in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the victim H displayed to sell to customers and stolen clothes.
