Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Cheongju District Court, and completed the execution of the above sentence on July 12, 2017 at the Cheongju Prison.

[Criminal facts]

1. On October 12, 2017, the Defendant stolen three points on the clothes of the victim D in front of the venue at which the victim displayed for sale, such as the victim’s 10,000 won at the market price, was neglected to monitor the victim.

2. On October 12, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim F’s clothes in front of the “G” clothes of the victim F’s operation in Cheongju-si located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, by using the gaps of the victim’s surveillance over the victim’s 1 points of 29,000 won at the market price of 25,000 won at the victim’s display for sale, including 1 point of Madoz, 25,000 won at the market price, and 29,000 won at the market price.

3. At around 11:15 on December 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim I’s “J” restaurant operated by Cheongju-si considerable area of Cheongju-si; (b) using one cell phone in the event of the victim’s gallon ju, which is the market value left on the table in the above restaurant; and (c) using the gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

4. On December 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of Lare located in K located in a considerable area of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si on December 19, 2017; (b) on the part of the victim M, if the victim was placed in his or her place, he or she was stolen by using a gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) on the part of the victim, the victim’s 1 gambling was committed.

5. On December 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered the bicycles set up by the victim N on the street in front of the South Mano-ro, 93, Jin-gu, Nam-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, 12:07, and went to the Defendant, by using the gap where the victim’s surveillance gets unfolded; and (b) discovered the bicycles set up by the victim N on the street before the South Mano-do.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
