Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 9, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on October 9, 2006, and a fine of one million won for the same crime at the same court on November 13, 2006.
