[2012 High Court Decision 1385]

1. On April 7, 2012, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) around 09:00, the Defendant driven a vehicle B 124C obane without purchasing mandatory insurance with approximately approximately 2 km sections from the front day of the 654-1, Taedong-dong, Gwangju-dong, to the front day of the 94-ro, Gwangju-dong Office.

2. Around 09:00 on April 7, 2012, the Defendant driven a 2 km section from the 654-1st day of Gwangju Dong-dong-dong 654-1 to the roads before the Gwangju post office, about 94, without a motor device driver’s license.

[2012cc. 1729] The defendant is an owner of 100cc C. 100cc. which was not registered.

In spite of the fact that the Defendant was unable to operate a motor vehicle, etc. which was not covered by liability insurance, automobile comprehensive insurance, etc., the Defendant operated the above Oralb on January 20, 2010 from the due date, time and place of insurance to January 13-2, 2010, Gwangju Dong-dong 13-2.
