Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2007, the Defendant issued, at the Gwangju District Court, a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and at the same court on February 13, 2013, a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act was issued.

On March 14, 2013, at around 20:35, the Defendant driven a cgner vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 700 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.054% from the 700-1st road of Taedong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City to the 316-1st road of Taedong-dong.
