Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of 500,000 won for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and on January 16, 2008, by the same court, to a suspended sentence of 2 years for the same crime.

Although the Defendant had had a record of drinking twice or more, on April 29, 2013, the Defendant driven CRabing vehicle at approximately 6km from the front of the Magdong-dong Office in the area of about 0.065% around the 0.065% alcohol level in the influence of alcohol around 01:52 on April 29, 2013.
