A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, due to the unpaid payment of automobile tax and fine for negligence, was subject to seizure of the front number plate of the passenger car in B Ecoos car owned by the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, and was willing to operate the car by forging the number plate.

1. On May 15, 2014, the Defendant made two motor vehicle registration number plates using the method of putting the Gangdong-gu Seoul Defendant’s house on a white acrylic board “B” in a black tape.

In this respect, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), installed two motor vehicle registration number plates that forged as above in B in front and rear B Ecoos car, and operated the said motor vehicle on the front and rear side of the said motor vehicle. From around that time to May 22, 2014, the Gangnam-gu Central Dives Meeting located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-dong and the parking lot located in 37-lane 10, Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Songdong-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised forged air defense and used forged motor vehicle registration number plate at the same time.
