A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 5, 2017, from around 02:00 to 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) while the victim C in Ulsan Nam-gu B served in a D restaurant with an employee, she left 30 minutes of the time to close the customer and door.

For the reason of disregarding himself/herself, he/she saw that he/she would be able to slick the words "I am to slick, I do not want to do so, so that he/she will do so," he/she saw that he/she saw him/herself as "I am to do so, I am to slick, am to the table, and am to slick, and let the customers who drink alcoholic beverages leave his/her place, thereby obstructing the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. On April 5, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) was urged by police officers to stop and return home to the scene after receiving a report at the place specified in paragraph (1) at around 04:00; (b) the police officers of the Ulsan Southern Police Station E District Police Station, the police officer, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report at around 112, to stop engaging in any disturbance from the police officer, G, police officers, and patrolmen; and (c) the police officers: (d) “this son, D, and Miscellaneous down”; and (d) exceeded the upper and new shocks; and (e) the police officers were threatening by threatening the police officers to “I will die. I will die. I will die,” and (e) by taking the head outside the place specified in paragraph (1) at the bar.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case by the police officers.
