A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Criminal facts

1. On June 19, 2018, at around 05:47, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 26 minutes, such as: (a) around a restaurant operated by the victim C in Changwon-si Member C; (b) around a large amount of breath under the influence of alcohol; and (c) preventing customers from entering the restaurant; and (b) preventing them from entering the restaurant.

2. On June 19, 2018, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties at the above location, and called out after receiving a report to avoid disturbance, and expressed his/her bath to the slope E belonging to the D District Unit of the Minsan Police Station of the Dong-dong Police Station, Busan, which issued a notice of penalty payment to the Defendant, and used the shoulder E in a slope E in his/her blue with his/her hand after seeking a notice of his/her face where he/she had been faced with a slope E at one time.

As a result, the defendant assaulted police officers to interfere with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reported cases.

3.
