1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 122,949,409 for the Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from October 31, 2015 to December 18, 2017 for the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 10, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for a new construction of warehouse (hereinafter “instant construction”) located in Sincheon-ri 923-1, Sinsan-si (hereinafter “instant construction”) by setting the construction cost of KRW 1.4 billion (excluding value-added tax).

B. On October 30, 2015, the Plaintiff obtained approval for use of the said warehouse.

C. In the instant construction work, the failure to perform construction works (other parts than the board and windows construction works) occurred, as indicated below, and the remuneration cost is equivalent to KRW 110 million (including value-added tax).
