1. On June 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased a false card (G) possessed by the victim under the name in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and presented it to the employee of the said store as if he were a genuine credit card; (b) by deceiving the said employee by means of presenting the false card (G) possessed by the victim to the employee of the said store; and (c) obtained one copy of the F Chapter F, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 2,630,000 from the said employee; and (d) used the forged credit card.

In addition, from June 6, 2017 to April 14 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) enticed the victims by the aforementioned methods 29 times in total, as indicated in the Nos. 7 through 10, 18 through 35, 46, 47, 49, 52, 55, and 57 of the List of Offenses 1; and (b) obtained each of the above property or pecuniary benefits from the victims; and (c) used each of the forged credit cards.

2. On June 6, 2017, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fraud and attempted to use forged credit cards, deceiving the above employees by suggesting the forged card (G) possessed by the Defendant to the employees of the said store as if it were genuine credit card, at a trade name in the new world department store, Young-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, at around 14:48, to make it possible for the Defendant to make payments.
