Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment and 3 years of order to attach an electronic tracking device in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims, etc. (Rape in Relatives) in the Busan District Court's East Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the racing prison on March 29, 2013.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Attachment, etc. of Specific Crime Offenders, subject to an order to attach an electronic tracking device for three years, attached a location tracking device from March 29, 2013.

A person subject to attachment of an electronic tracking device shall not arbitrarily separate the electronic device from his/her body during the period of attachment of the electronic device, interfere with the dissemination thereof, alter data received, or otherwise impair its utility.

A. On July 19, 2013, at around 23:52, the Defendant failed to charge the location tracking device in Yangsan-si C, and was ordered by the Daejeon Control Center to immediately charge the location tracking device after being notified of the occurrence of low-power, but did not charge the device in response thereto. On July 20, 2013, the Defendant laid off all of the location tracking device at around 00:48 of the same month by failing to charge it until 01:23 of the same day, thereby impairing the utility of the location tracking device by making it impossible to track the location tracking device for about 35 minutes because it did not charge it until 01:23 of the same day

B. On November 21, 2014, the Defendant failed to charge the location tracking device in the E around Yangsan-si, and received an order from the Daejeon Control Center to immediately charge the location tracking device, but failed to comply with such order, thereby neglecting all of the location tracking device around 00:32 on November 22, 201, by failing to charge the tracking device up to 01:54 on the same day, and thereby making it impossible to track the location of the tracking device over approximately 1:2 minutes by failing to charge the device up to 01:54 on the same day.
