Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On June 27, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to ten years of imprisonment for the punishment of sexual crimes and the crime of violation of the Act on the Protection of Victims, etc. at the Daegu High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on September 30, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On February 21, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Probation and Electronic Monitoring, etc. of Specific Crime Offenders: (a) was ordered to attach a location tracking device to 10 years; (b) from 23:00 to 06:0 the following day to 200 hours to 10 hours to 200 hours to 30 hours to 200 hours to 200 hours to 200 hours to 200 to 200 to 30 September 30, 2013.

1) Nevertheless, the Defendant, on May 5, 2014, failed to charge the location tracking device at around 02:04, and ordered the Defendant to immediately charge the electronic tracking device at the Daegu Probation Office F, who was in contact with the occurrence of a low-power alarm by the Central Location Monitoring Control Center, but failed to do so and did not charge it, at around 02:55, the Defendant’s location tracking device at around 2:40 minutes since it was not charged until 05:36 on the same day, it was impossible to track the location tracking device for about 2:40 minutes due to the failure to charge it, and the Defendant continued to carry the electronic tracking device at least nine times in total by not filling the location tracking device from around 22:39 on August 30, 2014, without carrying the electronic tracking device at the location tracking device at around 20:0 on October 10, 2013.2). The Defendant continued to carry the electronic tracking device from around 10:14, 2013.
