Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was a Korean language teacher in the Dschool located in Yangsan-si, and the victim E (V, 16 years of age) is a student attending the above school.
On March 2013, the victim entered the above school and sent text messages to the same as a guidance teacher and students from that time.
1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. On December 12, 2013, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim who was performing the horse examination book at the early 18:00 to 19:00 on December 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim a text message to the victim who was performing the horse examination book at the school room; (b) sent the victim food type to be delivered to the victim; (c) sent the victim to the victim, and (d) called “voluntary” to the victim; (d) sent the text message to the victim outside of the school room and sent it to the school room; and (e) sent the victim a text message to the victim, who was fluened from the school room, sent it to the school room; and (e) forced the victim to commit an indecent act by inducing the victim, who was a child or juvenile, by taking the victim’s hand, and by taking the victim’s entrance.
B.
