A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a child abuse treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the friendship of D (n, nine years of age) attending the C Elementary School located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “instant school”).

On June 4, 2019, the teachers of the instant school of 2019 Gohap469 confirmed that D was abused by the Defendant and reported it to the police in the course of counseling with D who did not attend school on the day before the school day.

Around 16:00 on June 10, 2019, the Defendant found D as the instant school to be in order to resist the above reporting, and reported D to E in a school when he returned home without leaving D to the school. He reported this fact. Around the same day, E took emergency measures to transfer D to the protection facility around the same day, and the Incheon Family Court decided to take ad hoc measures such as the prohibition of access to D, etc. on the part of the Defendant.

The Defendant, upon the report of the instant school, had the said ad hoc measure taken as above, had the Defendant drinked with the D, and had the Defendant drinked in the place of isolation from D, and had the Defendant drinked with the school.

Accordingly, around 07:30 on June 18, 2019, the Defendant, with oil in the boiler room located in the Defendant’s residence in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, entered the school through the aftermath of the school of this case, dumped the oil in front of the first floor administrative office of the main building of this case, and dumped the oil in front of the second floor through stairs, and dumped the oil in front of the school office of the main building of this case, and dumped the oil into the corridor and the floor of the school office of the second floor through stairs, and dumped the gas in the school room.
