A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. On June 21, 2012, at the early 21:00, the Defendant demanded the victim D (the victim D, who is a child or juvenile) to do so directly on the ground that he did so without a brucation, while holding the 14th floor of the Nam-gu Busan apartment building, and when refusing to do so, the Defendant: (a) forced the victim to find at the victim’s school to assault; (b) let the victim fright to enter the Defendant’s residence; (c) let the victim fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright the victim’s hand; and (d) fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright the victim’s sexual organ.
B. C. From June 21, 2012 to June 21, 2012, the Defendant, from the date and time stated in the foregoing B, told the victim that “I would not immediately leave the 18th floor emergency stairs of the above C apartment house to a new location, and would prevent the victim from entering the school to talking about the fact of the previous indecent act at the school.” The Defendant, who caused the victim to enter it to the above place and, in the manner described in the above B, had the victim fright to put the sexual organ into the mouth of the victim, who is a child or juvenile, in a way as described in the above B.
