1. Around 08:35 on April 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor indecent act by compulsion under the age of 13) caused the victim G (around 08:35) who was in a school in the F parking lot located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, to enter the victim into a parking lot near the victim, stating that “the species away from the floor of the land in which the ground is suspended are tight,” and caused the victim to enter the victim as a nearby parking lot. In addition, the Defendant was able to commit self-defense by showing the victim’s sexual organ and put his hand into the victim’s hands.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the minor victim under 13 years of age.

2. Around 08:30 on May 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided that the victim I (the 16-year-old, female) who was a juvenile at the Haak-gu Hemba parking lot in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, would engage in the act of self-defense; and (b) provided the victim with the victim’s buckbucks.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act against a child or juvenile victim by force.

3. Child Welfare violations;

A. On June 26, 2012, around 14:50 on June 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) completed the school from J apartment 102, J apartment 102, and the bicycle sponsor; (b) cut off the victim K (11), which was located at the home, and let the victim K (3) go to his/her own seat, after passing off the school; and (c) had the victim go to the seat of him/her; and (d) had the victim go to go to his/her own sexual organ, and had the victim go to go to his/her own sexual organ.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed abusive acts such as sexual harassment that causes sexual humiliation to the victim who is a child.

B. On May 24, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime at around May 24, 2013, 08:32 around 08:32, 2013, to the floor of the victim M(8,00) and the victim N(8,000) (8,000) who was a child at a school near the Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
