D On September 9, 2016, the Daejeon High Court sentenced each of the crimes of fraud regarding victims CW to 4 months of imprisonment, the victim CX, CY, and CZ, one year and eight months of imprisonment, and seven years of imprisonment, respectively, and the above judgment was finalized on December 15, 2016.

B On February 14, 2014, the Daejeon District Court sentenced imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes) to two years and six months, which became final and conclusive on August 9, 2014.
1. Defendant D and B’s co-crimes purchased M 322, 323, 325, 333, 423, 424, 426, 513, 514, 515, 519, 520, 521, 524, 530, 531, 532, and 613 (hereinafter “instant apartment 18”) in the name of a third party through bank loans and registered the transfer of ownership. In order to increase the amount of bank loans, the Defendants were to purchase and lease the instant apartment 18 in the name of a third party and to notify the lessee of the deposit in the amount of KRW 20 million residing in the instant apartment 180,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00.
A. On May 2013, the Defendants conspired to forge private documents and make a standard lease contract to DB within the office of the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City DB, stating the lessee, lease period, deposit, etc., and request DB to prepare and change the contract. At the request of DB, DB entered into the standard lease contract form “(1) name: (2) name of DC: name of DC in the standard lease contract form: name of DC; (322 at the time of Chungcheongnam-gu Special Metropolitan City; (2) lease deposit amount: KRW 00,000,000 in the contract form column; and (3) on December 30, 2012, - December 29, 2013; and (3) name of DBC in the standard lease form form.
