Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of each of the above penalties shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2013, the Defendants forged private documents with the accomplice making D's nameless D's personal information, and attached DNA seals prepared in advance to D's name in the column for the location of the site for the monthly rent contract for apartment in the F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 101 around May 11, 2013, “Seoul Songpa-gu G apartment 219 Dong 2404,” in the deposit column, "one hundred million won" in the deposit column, "from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2015," in the lease term column, "D's personal information in the lessor column, and the lessee column with the Defendant's personal information written in the lessee column, and then affixed DNA seals prepared in advance to D's name.

As a result, the Defendants forged one copy of the lease contract of apartment in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising in collusion with the false accomplice in name.

2. On June 24, 2013, the Defendants forged private document as well as the accomplices who engage in D's personal information on their name and affix DNA seals prepared in advance to the column of the site for the apartment lease contract at the place described in paragraph (1) around June 24, 2013, in the location of the site for the apartment lease contract, “Seoul Songpa-gu G Apartment 219 Dong 2404, 2404,” “land detention cost” in the deposit column, “from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2015,” in the lease term column, “D's personal information in the lessor column, and Defendant A's personal information in the lessee column, and then put the D's seal prepared in advance subsequent to the name of D.

As a result, the Defendants forged one copy of the lease contract of apartment in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising in collusion with the false accomplice in name.

3. On July 17, 2013, the Defendants presented a forged apartment leasing contract under the name of the former bank to obtain KRW 300 million from the victim's former bank at the underground coffee shop in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building (hereinafter referred to as the "former bank") around July 17, 2013, as if they were a document duly formed, and applied for a loan of KRW 300 million, and intended to receive the same amount from the victim.
