A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a snacking shop in Namyang-si, Namyang-si. The Defendant tried to keep a snacking vehicle in a "C" public parking lot, but he tried to keep it in a "C" public parking lot. However, an automobile with a temporary number plate is not subject to a discount on parking fees, and an automobile with a registration number plate for an automobile was born at a discounted rate.

1. Around September 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested “C” to use D and E printed materials from a name-free signboard business operator who is well aware of the circumstances; and (b) attached two registration number plates for air strawers to the Acryle board in which the Defendant had prepared and possessed them in advance; and (c) respectively, the Defendant placed two registration number plates for air strawers.

2. Counterfeiting of forged air defense.

A. On September 8, 2015, the Defendant exercised the registration number plate, which was forged by operating 48 times in total, from the time on April 27, 2016, by operating the registration number plate in the G public parking lot located in the Namyang-si F, Namyang-si, as shown in attached Table 1 of the List of Offenses Act, from the time on which he operated the registration number plate in a way of attaching it to the front registration number plate at the location of the vehicle requested in the “C” in the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant.

B. On September 21, 2015, the Defendant, at the G public parking lot located in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, around September 14:50, 2015, operated D’s registration number plate by means of attaching D’s registration number plate to the front number plate location of the vehicle requested to Defendant’s operation, and exercised D’s registration number plate, which was forged by operating 41 times in total, as shown in Annex 2 of the List of Crimes, from April 26, 2016.
