A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence subparagraph 6 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to run a motor vehicle management business in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act ( point of business without registration) shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;

Nevertheless, around November 6, 2013, the Defendant, through Internet site '44car.co. kr, 88car.co. kr, and 88car.co. kr, without the aforementioned registration, paid and sold Egypt X vehicles of KRW 2.450,00 won around December 28, 2013 and received and sold them around 3.2 million won as shown in the annexed crime list (1) as shown in the annexed crime list (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant carried out a unregistered motor vehicle transaction business.

2. Where a person who has acquired a motor vehicle in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act (the fact of resale without being registered by a third party) intends to transfer it again to a third party, he/she shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, transferred a motor vehicle to a third party without making a transfer registration of the ownership of a motor vehicle under his/her name, and transferred the motor vehicle to a third party without making a transfer registration of the ownership of a motor vehicle over 117 times from the above date and time to April 14, 2014, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2).

3. A person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act (the point of application for registration of transfer by a transferee) shall file an application for registration of transfer of the ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor

Nevertheless, the Defendant paid KRW 4 million at the same place on February 18, 2014 and did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership even if Fursom vehicles were acquired at the same place, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (3).
