A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, 1, 2, 4, and 5 are listed in the attached Table 3 List of Crimes.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2014, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to four months of imprisonment with prison labor and three years and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Automobile Management Act, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on July 7, 2016.

1. B. On May 2018, the Defendant received KRW 22,00,000 from the person under whose name the Defendant received the introduction from E at the office of E located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Complex, and transferred C PP car under his/her own name without making a transfer registration.

2. Violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act due to the operation of large vehicles;

A. On March 14, 2018, around 14:06, the Defendant operated C Pesta car even though the owner was not a motor vehicle user entrusted with matters concerning the operation, etc. of motor vehicles, etc. from the owner G around the shooting distance at the entrance of the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building at Cheongju-si.

B. On April 27, 2018, the Defendant, around 22:04, operated a common-use horse tunnel in Acheon-si, Acheon-si, even if the owner was not a motor vehicle user entrusted with matters concerning the operation, etc. of the motor vehicle from G.

3. A person who intends to engage in credit business or credit brokerage business in violation of the Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users Act shall register with the Mayor/Do Governor having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business, and the unregistered credit service provider shall lend a loan;
