A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a motor vehicle violating the Automobile Management Act from another person shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

On October 2010, the Defendant purchased D's automobile from the deceased in the name of the Defendant through C at a place on which the Defendant was not a policeman.

Notwithstanding the acquisition of a motor vehicle as above, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle from the above date to February 18, 2014 without justifiable grounds.

2. They shall not operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;

Nevertheless, at around 12:39 on August 4, 201, the Defendant operated a Dick car that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the Yongsan-ri community hall in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-do, and operated the said automobile that was not covered by mandatory insurance 39 times in total from around that time to February 20:25, 2014, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

3. On February 18, 2014, at around 20:25, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 7km section from the front of the “2002 danran bar” in front of the “200,” which is located in the front line of the front line of the Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, to the front of the “F police box in the same military E”, and driving a DNA car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.145%.
