Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 5, 2014, Defendant B was sentenced to two years of the suspended sentence (Probation and 160 hours community service) in October by the Changwon District Court for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 13, 2014.

On February 17, 2013, the Defendant purchased a DNA observer car from a person who was not registered in the name of the Defendant and acquired the automobile, but did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership in his/her name, and sold the said car to B in the vicinity of the upper north elementary school located in the Ydong of the window of Changwon-si on February 17, 2014 and transferred it to B at the price of two million won.

2. Defendant B

On February 17, 2014, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant purchased a DNA observer car from A in the vicinity of the upper middle middle school located in the eudal of the window at Changwon-si, which was acquired from A at the price of two million won.

B. Around 16:20 on February 17, 2014, the Defendant driven a DNA observer car not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of about 55.8 km to the road in front of the Busan Dong-gu Office, from the road to the road located in the wning-dong of the window of the Changwon-si without obtaining a driver’s license on February 17, 2014.
